Terms of Use

The following terms of use apply to all clients riding on the Morning Star Express unless otherwise specified.

XCL *Individual*

Any trip cancelled before 24 hrs. of transport will be without any further obligation (minus credit card fees associated with the credit, usually no less than $3.00). However, if you must CXL a trip and it is less than 24 hrs. before scheduled transport, the sale is considered final and no refunds can be issued.

XCL *Groups*

Any group trip to be cancelled must be done within 72 hrs. of transport to be eligible for a full refund (minus credit card fees). However, if you must cancel and it is less than 72 hrs. before transport and no less than 24 hrs. prior to transport, a 50% refund will be issued. Any group trip sale cancelled less than 24 hrs. in advance of the date of your scheduled travel will be considered final.

PAYMENTS

Payment for trips must be made in advance. We accept: Visa, MC, Discover (Debit or credit cards) and personal checks if they arrive no later than two weeks before transport. If for some reason you decide to xcl your trip and your payment method was a credit or debit card, a fee of no less than $3.00 may be applied to cover refund fees charged to us by the merchant services company.

DELAYS

Delays happen! We never want to have a delay, however, due to weather ~ acts of God or mechanical mishap, these things can happen. Please be understanding and rest assured, we strive for complete satisfaction! If you are dealyed or your flight is cancelled, please know, you will always be due a FULL refund.
